Due to hygienic reasons, items that have been correctly supplied as per your order cannot be returned or refunded.

However, in the event that you receive damaged or broken items, it is important to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

We kindly request that you bring any such issues to our attention promptly, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged items if we are not notified in a timely manner.
